Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. When not striving to keep his patients happy and healthy, he’s enjoys hiking with his family in Rock Creek Park.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Caro found yoga at age 18 and a practice that started with curiosity and excitement for trying a new “workout” soon became a new way of life. After suddenly losing her father at a young age, Caro found herself on a soul searching journey. She sought to find a deeper connection with the universe. Caro realized she had finally found what she was looking for: a practice that allowed her to get to the present moment, to forgive the past, and to love herself. Strengthened by her practice she continued her yogic journey. After completing her first 200-Hour teacher training, Caro started teaching in her Texas-Mexico border hometowns: Laredo &amp; Nuevo Laredo. In 2019, she returned to Austin. Caro currently teaches and studies under Leah Cullis, the author of Power Yoga: Strength, Sweat, and Spirit, and Shelby Autrey, the owner of BFree Yoga Austin. These are the same teachers with whom she completed her second 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training. Caro’s classes skillfully blend meditation &amp; mindfulness elements with asana practice. In Caro’s classes you will experience a juicy flow combined with intuitive breathwork that will allow you to get into your body and out of your mind.
